Is my daughter a toddler?

According to gerber,my daughter would be in the toddler category for foods and snacks..Starting to walk,feeds self,uses fork..etc. Well she's only 10 months old and I feel like that might be a little to young to feed her some of the foods they have..or as much as they say to feed toddlers.what do you guys think
