What makes a good kisser?

Well, me and my friend were talking about kissing haha. My friend has a short, chubby (nly in her opinion) tongue haha(She doesn't have a lisp, not that there's anything wrong with that). I have a long, narrow tongue. Anyway, I was wondering, is a long tongued person a better kisser than a short tongued? haha This is a silly question maybe. I think either is okay, but what's everyone's view?
