Is it harder to drive a coupe than a sedan?

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe. I've driven sedan's my entire life and this would be my first coupe. I've read that the visibility on this car is limited and that there are many blind spots. Is this an exaggeration or are coupes really THAT much more difficult to drive?
