Creation of the Universe: Who, Why and How?

According to Stephan Hawking and The Expanding Universe theory, planets move away as if they are exploded from one shell.If this is true (it is true), God could not have created Universe.If God created Universe, everything in the Universe will be in their place, intact. But it is not. So there is a compelling reason to claim there is no relationship between God and the Universe.
