Is there anything I need to improve on in this paragraph?

I made a few changes, but I'm having trouble posting them hear. Just offhand, I think you'll improve this by reading it outloud. You'll hear a few places where your writing became a redudant and/or verbose. I'll try to edit this response to include my updates. BTW, yahoo is truncating your post since your paragraph is so long.
