Is he scared to kiss me?

i've been dating this guy TWO months and he hasn't kissed me. seriously, i'm getting a little bit of a complex. i know he's shy and his last relationship was ten long years or i'd say maybe he's not straight, but what is the problem? he's 32, so i would hope he would have gotten up the nerve by now. ummmm what can i do to help this situation? it's not that he's not interested, cause we've had some pretty serious talks. so, am i maybe doing something to prevent this??
