How can I help people with my physic powers?

I'm 13 years old and I've been physic all my life. I see and sense spirits and I have visions of the future. Sometimes if I really really want something, after a while of waiting, I get it. I can also talk to my higher self and I've received omens. My mother said that I should learn how to use my powers to help people when I'm older. How can I do that?
