Small but odd question about the film Jaws?

Does Mayor Brody(Roy Scheider) ever say "Smile you son of a b_it_ch" where you hear him say the word b_it_ch? I have only seen Jaws on television then it was on cable and it was blocked on there too lol. So I am wondering did the audience ever actually hear that word? Or are we supposed to ume he says that? I know it seems like an odd question but just curious. =)
