New battery but car wont start?

No noise from the starter solenoid? Check the connections to the starter they may have come loose maybe even from pulling on the cables when changing the battery. Long shot but who knows maybe. Also try push starting it, get it rolling to about 10-15 mph put it in gear and pop the clutch, if it starts you have a starter problem.
