Land lord issue after i vacated apartment?

I live in australia ans mosquitoes are everywhere. i can't see how she can kill them and make u pay for it. stupid. And what replacing the whole carpet over a stain. stupid really. more stains will happen over time with other tenants. Surely they can't make u pay for them to get ride of mosquitoes, fleas and roaches yes, but not mosquitoes. You need to seek professional advice.
