Is it possible to pay for a ultrasound?

My baby doctor has been a doctor for like 36 years, And seriously he has like the first sonogram machine ever made lol. He gender tested me yesterday I am 20 weeks. My baby was being still and seriously all i seen was the head and the , He could not see anything so he is uming it is a girl...Thats fine But i see my friends ultrasounds at 19 weeks and its soo clear you can see EVERYTHING!!! and this is my first baby so i want a really nice Good ultrasound to add to my scrap book. I do not want to ask him for one because like i said his equipment is out of date....Is it possible i can pay for a good one? and if so were can i do this? what type of facility?
