Check with your local labor board. Sometimes certain trades (railroad, moving companies farms, etc) are NOT entitled to overtime. It's a called grandfathers clause . Marina's may fall under that same catagory. Hopefully, you have records of all your time sheets and paystubs,as you will need them to file the claim if indeed u are due the OT
