Could a porcelain doll hold a spirit like maybe an evil one?

First off I'm a Wiccan. Well I've had this porcelain doll for two years. It's from an ex she gave it to me when we first started dating. It went missing for about a year and a half. I completely cleaned my room yesterday and didn't see the doll once. Now the doll has appeared and when I picked it up I got a really sick feeling in my stomach and now my sister has been cut when she didn't have anything in her hand, I've started bleeding from my birthmark which in on my chest, and from the side of my face. Is there any way there could be a spirit/ evil spirit inside the doll? If so could you give me some tips on how to get rid of it.
