Bad parents? Bad corporations? Such confusion!?

It is definetley the parents. Whenever someones child goes on and does something complelety stupid and/or random, the parents always want to blame someone. In this case, some kids shoot up their school and their parents blame video games. These kids were obviously headcases and the majority of video game players jsut play the game and don't actually try to mimic any of the crazy stuff that goes on within it.
