Take off the carburettor, take it apart and clean it thoroughly make sure all the jets are clean and clear. Check the fuel lines to the carburettor. Also perhaps you're flooding the engine. Did you get a back fire yet? Sometimes it happens with 2 strokes. If you did, take off the spark plug and let the cylinder dry out. And put a small bit of gas in the carburettor at a time until it starts. Does the bike have a choke? If it does it starts a lot better if its pulled out.
